2. Taking orders.
Items from internet shop ZebrasBOX can be ordered 24/7, with the usage of ordering form available on the website.
You do not need to be a registered client to place an order.
Every registered client has the ability to check status of their order by filling particular forms available on the website.
Client that is not registered will be informed about the order status via e-mail.
Placing the order signifies the acceptance of the regulations in its entire form.
3. Cancellation of the order.
To cancel already placed order, before ZebrasBOX sends it, contact us by phone

4. Price policy.
All prices given on ZebrasBOX website include VAT.
ZebrasBOX reserves the right to change prices and, both, introduce and withdraw special offers.
Price of the product at the moment of placing order is binding; the rule concerns both sides - the Client and the shop.
5. Product availability.
Product offer shown on the website of ZebrasBOX is not reflection of shop’s stock.
Some of the products are ordered from producer, right after a Client express a wish to purchase them. Information about products availability is given on its site, right next to the items description.
ZebrasBOX is a VAT payer, an invoice is made out for every accomplished transaction (sale invoice for sale, or correction of sale invoice for return).
7. Shipping time, payment, delivery.
Order accomplishment time depends on two things. First, availability of the desired products (whether ZebrasBOX has it in stock or not) and second, chosen method of payment. Information about order accomplishment time is stated in the summary of the order.
If a Client orders more than one item, all with different availability times, i.e. 24h and 14 days, they should prepare themselves for the longer period.
Such order could be divided in two. If Client wishes so, one item would be sent immediately, the other in two weeks time, however in this case they’d have to pay for shipping twice. If such solution is suitable for the Client, we wish to be informed by phone or e-mail.
If the order of more than one item will not be accomplished at one time because of our mistake, problem, or so ZebrasBOX covers the costs of the second shipping.
Information about status of the order will be sent to Client’s e-mail address.
Methods of payment legitimated by ZebrasBOX:
Remittance to ZebrasBOX bank account
Payment for the ordered items should be made in 7 days-time. If Client does not meet the deadline, their order will be cancelled.
Immediate transfer, payment card or credit card (DotPay)
Cash on Delivery.
Ordered products will be sent on the next working day after a Client makes a payment or inform us that they want to pay on delivery.
Total value of the order includes product’s gross price and costs of the shipping. Amount of the shipping fee depends on the method of delivery the Client chooses. More information about this subject in "Shipping costs".
Order may be delivered to the Client by:
Polish Post priority mail. Time of delivery does not exceed 3 days. If the postman does not find the Client in, they will leave an advice note. Package may be then received on the Post Office during 14 working days.
It is impossible to fix a date or an hour of delivery.
8. Returns and Complaints.
ZebrasBOX, gives Client the right to return ordered, but not worn items, without giving reason, in ten days from the date of receiving it. Products that do not meet Client’s expectations should be sent on their own expense to the address stated in point 1 of these Regulations.
Settlement of returning the goods with the correction granted discounts, including discounts in the form of reduced shipping costs if the return result they have increased. Information made settlement refund will be sent to the e-mqil Customer. No refund will only make the customer`s bank account within 14 dniod date of dispatch of this information by us. Goods bearing the signs of use, with missing or incomplete tag is not refundable
If the Client had the impression that the delivered package was damaged or had been opened before, they should draw up a damage report, in the presence of courier or postman, and refuse to accept the delivery.
If the received product is flawed, Client has the right to return it. To do so they need to fill in the complaint form and send it along with the flawed product to Damskie.net shop. Product should be untouched (must not have signs of usage, all tags have to be in their places).
After looking into the validity of complaint, ZebrasBOX will send the Client money for the returned item, including cost of its shipping, or exchange the product for another one.
Client covers all expenses of the product exchange, unless the received product is flawed.
In case of unjustified complaint, or if the item’s damage is the result of Client’s usage, they cover all the expenses.
9. Personal Data Security.
Personal details given during registration are used for accomplishment of orders and invoicing only, and will not be passed on to any third party.
10. Final resolutions.
ZebrasBOX does not take responsibility for the transactions dealt in behalf of the Client by any third party.
All disagreements resulting from purchase/ sell transactions in ZebrasBOX online shop, will be resolved by a compromise. If the compromise is impossible to reach, case will be taken to the court adequate to ZebrasBOX place of residence.
ZebrasBOX reserves the right to change the regulations, in which case Client will be informed about.
